God of Today

In what way did you see God today? Where did God show up in your life today? What happened today that caused you to think of God? In what way did you witness the Kingdom (dream) of God here on earth?

    Great question. I saw him during my walk — in the trees, flowers, desert landscape, bushes; reading an email that touched my heart from a new online friend; inside blog comments I received; when I was responding via blogs and the email back to my friend…how the Spirit put the thoughts and words to say; in my puppy, Howie — his play, the cute little way he waddles; when he chewed up a napkin that fell, but I immediately chuckled; when Papa delivered a particular piece of mail that utterly surprised and blessed me. I’m positive I saw Him much, much more than this today…but it is what comes to the surface of my mind.

    What about you, Jeromy? How did Papa show Himself to you today?

    I saw my father in the quiet moments of playing with my daughter today and putting my son to sleep tonight as we talked about his first day back to school.
