Email. Shoot me an e-mail with an overview of your graphic design request. I will reply back with a Design Brief (DB) asking questions to understand your request, and ultimately, your story better.
Call. Once the DB is completed and returned I’ll call to review the brief and ask or answer any further questions.
Deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before the design process begins. We also agree on the terms and conditions.
Design. Based on the information provided in the signed DB and the initial phone call you will be presented with the previously agreed number of design mockups, typically two to three.
Revise. If needed, up to three revisions can be made after feedback and review.
Delivery. Once final payment is received you will be sent the agreed upon design files. We then shake virtual hands and celebrate our mutual success.
